2:30: salad and cannollini (350)
5pm: healthy cookies (Notice I'm not telling you how many, because I'm embarrassed, I need to figure out the calorie count first!)
Mary's Mom's Healthy Cookie Recipe
3 Tb Light butter
1 egg
1/2 c honey
1/3 c unsweetened applesauce
cream together then add
1 c oatmeal
1 c unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c wheat flour
mix together and make any adjustments as needed (more flour or more applesauce)
add craisins, chopped nuts, etc.
