1/27/10

12pm:salad with tons of veggies, hard boiled egg, kidney beans, garbonzo beans w/Italian dressing. (maybe 300)
4pm:quiche! (300)
6pm: quiche (150)
8pm: protein shake, veggies, grapes (400?

Today I felt a little unsatisfied all day.

Good news...I have lost 4.3 pounds since Friday!

Summer this is awesome! You are truly beautiful, Nick and I decided to start a diet plan the day after christmas, i know bad timing but it needed to be done! now one month later Nick is down 15 lbs. and me NOTHING!!! Losing weight is the worst. I am excited to read,get ideas and be inspired by you. This really is a great idea. Good luck, I know you are successful at everything you do.

Oh and when your ready to get rid of your hand-me-downs give me a call. I'll take that darn cute outfit your wearing in that picture! YOU ROCK SUM!!
