I woke up in the middle of the night and felt so yucky after "binging" last night! uggghhh! Here I go, starting again, it is a new day!
8:45am: Protein Shake(250)
1pm: 1/2 c. fiber one with skim milk (100)
3pm: costco samples (200)
6pm:pear(100)
7pm: homemade pizza on wheat with veggies, fat free cheese and tomato sauce, caramel popcorn, Italian soda (900?)
I suck! I don't eat all day and then I just start craving stuff like crazy at night! I need to prepare and plan better and eat more complete and satisfying meals during the day!

I was starving last night at 8pm. I told Aaron I need something to eat with no calories and no sugar. Yea, no such thing. Night time is the worst for me. I could eat a whole other meal at 8pm.
yup! It is all about being prepared for what we know lies ahead. If you have it premade in the refrigerator, it is so much easier. Make sure you don't scrimp on breakfast and the next meal. You should have eaten two good sized (300-400calories) meals by the time 12 or 1 rolls around. You will be so much more successful if you do. I know you konw all this, but I just want you to know that I am interested in your success and here with you!:) you are doing great!
